Leon,
Finally have the RPC assembled and ready to do a test run - In setting controller for 6,000 rpm, you said (in your post 5 months ago) "increase max freq to 105, OPTION 24 and set speed scaling to 34.5, OPTION 39" I must be missing something in the GS1 user manual. I do not see any OPTION settings, but do see PARAMETER values. Could find nothing in Ch 4 - GS1 Parameter Summary for Max Frequency or Speed Scaling. Sorry to ask a question that has probably been answered.

I do not believe that 100 ft lbs of torque equals 200 inch lbs of torque as shown on the bushing package

The bushing is spec.d to be tightened to 200in-lbs or 16.7ft-lbs. In actuality you will get what you can get by holding the rotor in one hand the the opposing the wrench. It will be close enough.

As an aside: I have found the lifting the bushing off the shaft collar helps it grip the shaft and rotor without spinning.
