What am i not understanding here?

You are missing the fact that the back of my heads (firewall) are "T" together, and off that "T" is my purge line. So all diesel and veggie comes in from the front, and can be purged from the rear. Added advantage of the rear heads being tied together is it helps our poor starving injector when running on diesel.

Purge time is about 7 seconds. Plus one minute to clear the fuel in the injectors. I usually give a 10 second purge as I like to have a little diesel in my veggie tank, and about 2 or more minutes run time just to be safe.

If I should have an issue with my check valves (as some have had with the little ones) I have very easy access to them.

WHEW! Glad that is the case!!! I now understand@ My brain was actually smoking from the conflict of wondering why you would not frontdoor / backdoor the heads.

THANKS!!!

Clark,
I chose the Teflon hose with re-usable JIC fittings because it is bio-diesel compatible and easily exceeds the veggie oil temp/pressure/compatibility requirements.

hey Leon-
Where did you buy the hose from and do you have a part number?

Yes, from my manifold to the heads I'm planning to use the teflon/stainless line and the JIC fittings. The rest of the fuel line is going to be 3/8" pushlock as it's rated to 210* or something around that... I doubt my oil will exceed that before it gets to the manifold. I am planning to use an arctic fox midranger as my final heat exchanger as well. You guys did a good job talking me into the arctic foxes instead of the brazed flat plates
