The part numbers are in the "Raw Power Ford Conversion" in the download section.

enjoy

Thanks! I totally missed that one. I got the other guys diagram with the pretty colors. I now have yours and am picking it apart to better understand what I am getting my self into.

how many miles do you have on VO now?

in your pictures you have hose that looks like black rubber and some hose that looks almost like steel braded hose (like you see in your house under the sink?) what is that about? the pictures both say its the same part on the BOM

I have just under 20K on WVO.

All my fuel line is Teflon with stainless braided cover. I thought that the price was good and the fittings could be assembled without special tools. I also wanted to run BioDiesel so needed something like Teflon. You might be seeing the overflow from the tank vent, its rubber. Also, there is a short section between the pump and the filter that I got from DFA.

That info should get you a good start. There is quite a bit of other discussion on it here also, including alternate fuel line.

i have a question i want to do an svo kit on my 99 but the problem is i have done a regulated return and no longer have the factory fuel filter houseing. would it work if i put a check valve in the diesel supply line up at the motor and then just tie the veggie supply line in to the regulated return system i already have or do i have to put it back to stock. the regulated return is tied into all the ports in the heads so i have no unused ports. Thanks Brad

I thought alot about making a RR system for my VO and I probably will at some point.

I thought about putting a raptor pump (or something that can be dead headed on the diesel side and then when switching to VO make the RR system return to the VO tank. The only problem is how do you keep the diesel from pushing everything to the VO tank? maybe some solenoids? but then it gets very complicated and I just figured ill worry about it some other day!

If you come up with something, post it up because I am sure I am not the only one wondering!

bradexmark,

Here is the thing, the design that I have published uses both the fuel ports in each head; veggie in one end, diesel in the other. If you want to go that way, you would have to return your fuel system to the stock configuration by moving your regulated return line to tee into the diesel line BEFORE the engine. Then you would just have to add the check valves to the diesel lines at the head (or at your tee) and add the veggie system as documented.

If you wanted to maintain a flow through configuration, you would need to set up a more conventional system with solinoid valves at the return, timed to reduce cross contamination.
