ok... I have most of my parts in to start this conversion. before I do though, does anyone know what size threads the fuel lines are that go into the heads? I was going try and do hard lines to my manifold. by looking I am guessing they are just 1/4". anyone know???

thanks
Craig

Item #8 and #32 1/8"NPT. Also, use Locktite #545 on the pipe fittings.

I did my conversion and It worked seamlessly for about 60 miles, now my Mallory 110fi keeps blowing fuses, I've checked the wiring and it all works fine, it seems to be something with the pump motor. My pump is mounted upside down, is that an issue. anyone have any suggestions of what this might be?

I don't know.. I am still trying to finish mine up, hopefully it will be done with in the next few days. but.. do you have pressure gauges directly after the pump and up by the IP? if so they might be an indication to if something is clogging????? just a thought... I am aslo asuming you are using a relay for the switch and not running large wires up to the cab?? again just a thought... good luck. I am going to try the Raptor, people have said some good things about it. hope it works!!!

In looking at some other threads I noticed that I may have made a mistake putting a 2 micron filter before the pump, ie the on the inlet side of the pump. I hope I did not Fry the Motor to the pump. I sent Mallory Tech Support a Inquiry about the situation, Ill let you know when I find out. If anyone else uses the Mallory be sure not to have a low micron rating at the inlet side of the pump.

Teacker

What model Raptor are you using, I thought they were only rated at 60 psi. If they are rated high enough then I might try one. I was about to order the fass....
