I have a complete Ford PSD kit designed. Simmilar to veggie stroke. Works on pressure differential and check valves. Fully automatic switch over from diesel to VO, automatic purge and shutdown when the ignition is turned off. Wife proof operation. I will have the details up on this thread very soon.

OK, here is the WVO designa for 1999-2003 Ford PSD 7.3 for the automatic switching and purge. This is what the controler does:

1)with the master turned on:
- engages the filter heater
- engages the veggie pump WHEN the engine is to temp

2)when the veggie pump is running:
- turns off the diesel pump
- turns on the diesel pump if fuel pressure drops

3)when ignition is turned off: (key out, walk away)
- purge valve will open for a preset time (7s)
- engine will stay running for preset time (70s)

4) if the master switch is off the truck will run normally and none of the vo stuff will switch on. If the master switch is turned off while purging with the ignition off, the engine will stop.

Nice.. I really like the electrical schematic as I was starting to put some research in on that side of things.

Since you were nice enough to share, I'll attach a little road map I built up for figuring out most of the plumbing bits I needed. This is still a work in progress.. Might be handy for other folks.

I tried to avoid hose clamps and pipe fittings when possible. Hope to have her up and running next week.
