This is designed for the 22oz Raw Power Centrifuges increases the efficiency of the centrifuge for ultimate in cleaning performance while maintaining the easy and quick cleaning ability of the open bowl design. - Bolts on to current 22oz rotor designs with no modification - Bolts to all 22oz legacy bowls with minor modification (tapping of drain holes) - Does not need to be removed when cleaning bowl - Requires feed through center port.
The booster gets the oil spinning prior to entering the centrifuge bowl. This reduces the turbulence in the bowl. Also, the booster feeds the incoming/dirty oil into the bottom of the centrifuge bowl, forcing the dirty oil to have to work its way through the entire batch of existing oil in the bowl.

Problems with the cleaning booster.
When installing this you use the holes that the dirty oil is supposed to drain out of. What do you do to fix this problem? Also I cut the tapered end off of the reducer nozzle and it still hits the motor shaft. Seems like these sort of problems should be adressed by the manufacturer before putting the item up for sale?????
-Hello. We have a solution for that. New drain holes are to be drilled. All of our recent bowls have new drain hole starts on the back side. You just need to finish drilling them out. Also, we send a new reducer fitting which fits perfectly between the shaft and the lid. Please send me an email if you need one.

Overall Rating Excellent Quality as Usual
This new addition to the centrifuge is a beautifully machined part in the quality that we have come to expect from WVO Designs. Its a nice piece that simply helps to make cleaner oil. Installation is simple and is a nice upgrade at a reasonable price.

Overall Rating Nice addition to the Basic Centrifuge
This piece is a nice edition to the basic centrifuge. It really make sure that the oil gets fed to the bottom of the centrifuge bowl for maximum cleaning Install was a snap. The standard reducer nozzle hits the motor shaft when in the centre position, but that was easily solved by cutting the tapered end off of the reducer. Overall I am very happy with my addition.
