This centrifuge was modeled after our very popular and effective RPC-101 Extreme Centrifuge.  It was designed for higher flows and better cleaning while incorperating some features only found on $20k+ industrial centrifuges.   Includes custom made, long life Baldor Motor, Giant 210oz bowl, self cleaning mechanism, variable drive controller and comes with excellent support and warranty.  Produce large amounts of fuel-quality oil, fast.  Clean to <1 micron at 40 gallons per hour(150 liters/hr)

 How it works:

Oil enters through the top port and pushes the clean oil up the sides and out over the top of the cleaning bowl.  As, the oil in the bowl is subjected to 2800x the force of gravity,  a “forced settling” of the denser particles and fluids to occur.  The contaminants are trapped inside the bowl, while only the oil moves through and passes out.  The clean oil which has been sprayed out over the top of the bowl, collects in the bottom of the housing, then drains into your clean container.

Motor - 

Custom 4000rpm motor from Baldor USA.  Motor is 1.5 HP and variable speed.  20 Year Lifespan.  Sealed bearings.   This is a 3 phase 230 V continuous duty motor built specially for WVO Designs.  Heavy Duty.

Bowl -

210oz precision machined and balanced aluminum bowl.  Holds massive amounts of oil, to subject contaminants to centrifugal force for longer durations.  Simple to remove for swift cleaning when solids are formed.

Housing -

Heavy duty Cast Aluminum construction with ports for draining clean and dirty fluid, venting water, auto-clean and additional featurs.  Sturdy frame with 3 point isolation mounts.

AutoPurge -

Pneumaticly controled arm to purge out liquid waste from the bowl.  Customize interval with a timer to clean continuously.

Overall - 

Built to handle heavy oil at high temperatures.  Lifetime warranty on castings, bowl and motor.
