Pure awesomeness
This is definitely the best way to filter WVO, there is a lot less effort in the process and the oil comes out much cleaner than oil that has just been run through a normal filter. Customer service was also superb and after thousands of liters of oil and thousands of kilometers no WVO Designs product has ever let me down. Best company in the game for sure.

Overall Rating Great investment
Not up to speed on biodiesel but works great for my waste oil heater. Feel like oil barrels dirty - worth about 2 dollars / clean 100. Anyway took a few runs to get processing down but now heater is flawless in cold months. Nice for impressing friends and customers (even girls think it's cool). Have a pretty good waste oil heater but cleaning is a pain so hopefully won't need to do as often.

Sorry I'm not up to speed on biodiesel yet but soon will be - got the centrifuge about six months ago and have learned a lot. Have a waste oil heater and the usual problems - non start etc. Most of the oil donors lie about what's in the barrel of waste oil. Anyway after learning a few tricks to simplify processing my heater has been flawless this winter ! Feel like barrel of waste oil went from 2 dollars to 100 + dollars after cleaning junk out with raw power CF. Much easier to stay on schedule with dependable heat. Great entertainment to impress friends and relatives(some girls) too ! Biodiesel community cozying up so will see what happens there.

Overall Rating Very good product.
The quality of the product is excellent, and the quality of the oil produced is even better. Like others have stated in their reviews, I too used to clean my oil with a dieselcraft and it worked pretty good. I would still clog filters every thousand miles or so though. I haven't clogged a filter since I got this thing, about 10,000 miles or so. I'm going to change it in the name of maintenence instead of being clogged. Very impressive. The reason for only four stars out of five is two things: The electrical portion of the directions need to be simplified, I had to have an electrician tell me how to do it. The centrifuge uses a lot of electricity, 250 gallons costs about $60 to run.

WVO Designs
Regarding my recent purchase of the Extreme Centrifuge. I have had real
challenges trying to filter out some kind of wax in Rice Bran oil that has
plugged up everything. Even after going through a 1 micron filter, it got
into my fuel tank and stopped me dead in my tracks......NASTY STUFF!!!
Between 2 restaurants I get 400 gals./mo. So I was willing to try anything
to make it work. It makes great Biodiesel, but I run SVO. Jason, @ WVO Tech
Support recomended giving the Extreme Centrifuge a shot. The results have
been amazing! No more filter socks to replace, and the confidence to know
that my check engine light ( fuel flow problem ) will not come on again.
Jason Jelonek has been extremely helpful in walking me through any problems
I have had, without his assistance I don't think the process would have been

Overall Rating Raw Power centrifuge in Scandinavia
We have so far sold more than 20 centrifuges in Norway and Sweden.
Tested and approved by Volvo Aero A/S in Norway. It cleans the smallest particles that the filters can not take.
Others use it mostly for WVO,WVO, motor oil, hydraulic oil and so on.

Overall Rating Amazing
Having tried the cheaper pump fed centrifuges on the market I found the Extreme Raw Power centrifuge very easy to use and was amazed at the amount of gunge it took out of a few gallon of hydraulic oil. On the negative I could not process more than 10 gallon per hour as it tended to flood the waste outlet.

Hi leon,
Just a quick fyi: my heated 10u racor 6120 filter that is installed inline within the wvo system of my merc is presenting initial signs of clogging (fuel starvation on extreme acceleration). This is after almost 30K miles on wvo cleaned by a single-pass though the centrifuge at approx 15 gal/hr. Very impressive!

Overall Rating Love the RPC and Customer Service
Despite a couple of challenges i have had with leaks from the motor mounts holes, and grease seizing the shafts bearings i am really happy with the Centrifuge and have saved thousands already. Have been using it for 1 year at least and am so happy I bought it. I have never had better customer service in my life (before and after purchase). This is the way to filter for sure.
