Centrifuge , great. The 3 phase converter quit the first month, replaced on the road again.

WVO RPC centrifuge is a fantastic product

Product:

The WVO RPC centrifuge is a fantastic product. It was easy to assemble and of great build quality. It is expensive, but it has great value. I was able to put together a break even analysis that made it make sense to me. More important than financial break even on the centrifuge purchase was the peace of mind that force settling the oil provides vs filtering. I have previously had filter setups (progressively smaller micron cartridges + waterblock), but had issues with water content. With the RPC, with heat and controlled flow, I'm seeing very clean and water-free oil.

Buying process:

The buying process was solid: Good internet search presence and promotion on other sites to help find the product; a lot of detail on use (videos, wiki, customer implementations, etc) to convert awareness to intent-to-buy; a clean online shopping cart with order validation and confirmation to provide confidence in the purchase.

Service:

The service after the sell was fantastic. Fast shipping and order status updates. Although the initial shipment had a broken part (shipping damage) and a couple missing components, the replacements and follow up were fast and effective. Mistakes and unplanned issues happen, it's how you respond to them that makes or breaks your brand. I am a very happy customer and have already talked up the product and experience to others.

Potential changes:

The packaging wasn't sufficient to protect the materials in transit - you might want to consider doing an inner pack for the legs with separators.

You might want to add a pack list with qa checkoff/initial to confirm everything went in the box.

As implemented:

Setup pics attached (design and current implementation). Mobile processing station, compact. 60 gal total capacity (4 x 15) with ability to re-run batches and store dirty/clean oil. Small batch process - I don't use much (VW TDI) and I try to run lean on getting it from dirty to clean.

Yes - I need to change the pump out for a legit WVO designs pump and swap the hose running to the heater with a high temp version :).

Very pleased with your centrifuge. I have processed around a hundred gallons of oil and I am having great results running a 50-50 blend of used oil and #2 diesel. No filter changes yet and have no more smoke than straight diesel with better power and economy in my 95 powerstroke. Bought a 1984 Mercedes diesel and on my first tank and running great also. Thank you for a great product.

You did great. Thanks for timely shipment, good service, and quick part replacement when the mounting ear was cracked on my heater housing.
