 How it works:

Oil enters through the top port and pushes the clean oil up the sides and out over the top of the cleaning bowl.  As, the oil in the bowl is subjected to 4000x the force of gravity,  a “forced settling” of the denser particles and fluids to occur.  The contaminants are trapped inside the bowl, while only the oil moves through and passes out.  The clean oil which has been sprayed out over the top of the bowl, collects in the bottom of the housing, then drains into your clean container.

210oz precision machined and balanced aluminum bowl.  Holds massive amounts of oil, to subject contaminants to centrifugal force for longer durations.  Simple to remove for swift cleaning when solids are formed.

A centrifuge works by applying g-force to a liquid, causing a “forced settling” of the denser particles and fluids to occur.  Water and dirt are denser than our beloved oil, so the centrifugal forces pull the unwanted particles and liquids out of the oil, leaving the greasy goodness to safely burn in a properly converted vehicle, refine into biodiesel or sell to the market.  

The dirt and water get trapped in the centrifuge bowl, while the clean oil sprays out over the top, collecting on the sides of the housing, then flowing out the drain tube.

Powerful Cleaning Ability with Quality Engineered Components:

Our Extreme Centrifuge pulls 3800g’s.  That’s 3800 times the force of gravity.  Think about if you weighed 3800x as much(for me that’s 760,000lbs).  That’s incredible force!  Dirt and water don’t stand a chance.

22oz custom Rotor/Bowl to capture and hold debris, water and other contaminants.  Our rotor is a thing of beauty.  It traps the dirt and flings the clean oil flying over the top as a fine mist.  Next, the oil collects on the sides of the housing and re-assembles into a stream of oil going out the clean hose. Many customers clean 300+ gallons without having to clean out the bowl.

Proprietary venting -  Our special lid aids in the removal of water.   Water is a primary target when cleaning oil.  Our special lid allows you to vent off water that turned to steam when heated or that happens to make it out of our bowl in the mist spray.

Get heat at your tank with our custom designed and built hot stick.  Heat is needed throughout your fuel system, even back at the tank.  Heating the WVO at the tank reduces the oil’s viscosity allows for proper flow.   This product allows you to expand your tank options and save money by using this in-tank heater.   You don’t have to be limited in buying expensive “WVO tanks”.  We are a waste oil company, designing products specifically to assist with the use with waste oil.  We set out to design and build an affordable solution for providing heat to the oil in your WVO tank.  This style of tank heater warms a larger area of fuel, but really heats the fuel as it is being “picked-up” entering your fuel system from the tank.  The Hot Stick is designed to bolt right in an existing tank port(like a fuel sender) or drill a new hole and pop in the hot stick.  All mounting hardware is included.

The booster gets the oil spinning prior to entering the centrifuge bowl.  This reduces the turbulance in the bowl.  Also, the booster feeds the incoming/dirty oil into the bottom of the centrifuge bowl, forcing the dirty oil to have to work it's way through the entire batch of existing oil in the bowl.
