WVO Designs Distribution Center

I recently took a trip to Atlanta to our distribution center and thought it was time to provide our customers an insight into our operations and fulfillment system.  For the past couple years we have been using a professional fulfillment service to pick, pack and ship our orders as well as storing our inventory.  Using professional distribution allows us to ship most orders within 24hrs.   We at  WVO Designs can then focus on our core strengths; designing the best WVO products and providing fanatical customer service.

My visit to the facility corresponded with planned changes to the organization of our 100s of parts, along with our software systems which will result in improving our speed, accuracy and efficiency.   I was also  impressed with their hospitality and the staff’s interest in our products.  Although no one jumped on the offer to help them convert their diesel to WVO, I got a nice round of oohs, ahhs and only a couple of blank stares when I explained what our parts were used for.

We have plans to expand distribution to stock inventory at a facility in Salt Lake City further reducing shipping costs and delivery times to our valued customers on the West Coast.
