Here’s a photo of the WVO heated filter head, Donaldson P551000 filter and heated filter wrap as installed in my 1983 Mercedes 300D. This setup replaces a separate heat exchanger and unheated filter that were installed by the previous owner who did the wvo conversion. It simplifies the installation and really improves the wvo heating. – Vince

Hi Leon, I use a WVO centrifuge in my WVO cleaning system, I am happy to provide you with some marketing material. Here is a example photo that I have kicking around the collection. I am happy to do some cleanup and shoot a breif 2 – 5 min walk through of the system showcasing the WVO product that I have. – Matt

My setup for processing WVO and WMO in Fort Mcmurray, Alberta Canada. I
use the valves pictured to move both waste and clean oil with single
pump. When pumping the product that has been cleaned in your centrifuge
I flush the lines first into the dirty barrel and then throw the valve
to output to the clean barrel or direct to the fuel tank in my Veggie
powered SUV. The weak point of this system is the pump which works but
is slow to prime (especially in the cooler weather!). – Gerry

Here is my set up. Like everything else we started with 2-55 gallon drums. In the yrs we have upgraded. The wvo designs centrifuge has given me nothing but great results. During our plan to gravity feed I knew we were going to think outside the box (shed) so we decided to place the tote on the exterior of the building and the valves are inside to shut it down when not in use. Attached are photos from my Ford Van WVO conversion, my Dodge Truck WVO conversion, and my centrifuge for the contest. I have logged at least a thousand gallons of WVO on the centrifuge and the conversions, and no trouble. Thanks WVODesigns! – Luther

Please find photographs of your fuel pick up and solenoids installed in my 75 series Landcruiser with a 1HZ motor in it. We have just completed a 3000 km round trip on WVO and BIO. The tank shown is custom made and holds 180 ltr of the liquid gold. I am still trying to work on a system to clean oil while traveling. How about a smaller centrifuge? My raw power one is slightly to big and heavy to lug around :-). Have a good day! – Jens

In the first pic you’ll see my oil room which is in my basement. The oil has been rough filtered through a barrel filter. The drums of WVO get pumped through the pvc pipes attached to the wall. There are two valves. One for the left tank and one for the right tank. The next pic shows the two tanks . The oil gets gravity fed through the WVO Designs centrifuge with the heater and into either a 5 gallon cubie if I want SVO,or into the the calibrated poly tank if I’m making biodiesel. From the calibrated poly tank the centrifuged oil is gravity fed through an underground 1 inch pipe to the shed out back of the house. Then it goes into the Appleseed reactor, gets processed and ends up in the poly settling tank to the left of the reactor. From there it gets pumped into the poly wash tank sitting directly behind another WVO centrifuge. From the wash tank it gets pumped up to the poly tank sitting horizontally near the ceiling and is gravity fed into the second WVO centrifuge and into the poly holding tank under the centrifuge. From there I can pump it outside to the storage tank. From there it can be pumped into the vehicle. – Marty

This pump is feeding a 40ft motor home with a 8.3 cummins. Works great! We ran over 12K miles on veg with this setup. Thanks Again – Dan

Leon. Here is a bunch of pics of vehicles and equipment that i run on straight wvo or 50/50 veg/diesel all cleanded up with a centrifuge purchased from you a few years back. However had a fire in my ship 2 months ago and it burned up so I will be needing to get a new one and winning this contest would help out a lot. I have filtered 1000s of gallons of wvo through it and it worked very well! – Chuck

My raw power centrifuge has cleaned thousands of gallons of wvo in the 5 years that I’ve had it. I just ran about 375 gallons through it in the last week and a half.
Here’s a new return solenoid valve that I am about to install in the f450 truck I use to collect all the oil . – Josh
